Graham Auctions is Now Offering Contactless Curbside Pickup in Calgary
Following the recommended best health practices during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure safety during these strange times are more critical than ever, which for us means we need to adapt the way we conduct our Online Auctions.
We are currently taking all steps to go cashless. We pivoted to online-only auctions a few weeks back, and are now offering CURBSIDE PICKUP to our customers during our regular business hours after the auction has concluded.
Updates to the Online Auction process
One tidbit of good news — The online bidding process will remain the same for all auction customers. You can bid from the convenience of your home on your desktop or mobile device on thousands of quality products, as always.
You will receive an email confirmation of the auction lots you won shortly after the online auction time has ended.
Payment for Auction Items
We will process payments via credit card on Monday at 8:00 AM. If you’d prefer to use another method of payment, we are now accepting Interac e-Transfers (Email Money Transfer) to [email protected].
(Please set the password: “graham” before 8:00 AM on Monday if you wish to use this method.)
Alternatively, we can have an employee put on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE — Respiratory Mask and Latex Gloves) to meet you curbside in front of our Main Office for payment via cash/debit/credit.
Pickup of Your Online Auction Purchases
If you have a printed copy of your paid receipt, you may proceed directly to the line of vehicles to head to the Auction Warehouse. If you haven’t printed a copy of your receipt, you can also present your digital receipt. If you require a printed copy of your receipt, we’d be happy to do so for you — Upon your arrival, just give us a call in our Main Office at , and we will then send a printed copy directly to the auction house so you may proceed with your Curbside Pickup. All of our staff members are fully equipped with mandatory PPE (Masks, Gloves) to help ensure your safety.
