Graham Auctions Offers Contactless Curbside Pickup in Calgary
To better serve our customers and ensure a smooth auction experience, we have adapted the way we conduct our online auctions and how you pick up your purchases.
Safety and Convenience First
We are a cashless facility and operate online-only auctions. All bidding is conducted through our online platform, and we now offer curbside pickup to our customers during our regular business hours after each auction has concluded.
Online Auction Process
The online bidding process remains the same for all auction customers. You can bid from the convenience of your home on your desktop or mobile device on thousands of quality products. You will receive an email confirmation of the auction lots you have won shortly after the online auction time has ended.
Payment for Auction Items
We process payments via credit card on Monday at 8:00 AM. If you prefer to use another method of payment, we accept Interac e-Transfers (Email Money Transfer) to payment@grahamauctions.com.
Please set the password: “graham” before 8:00 AM on Monday if you wish to use this method.
If required, we can also meet you curbside in front of our Main Office for payment via debit, credit, or cash.
Pickup of Your Online Auction Purchases
If you have a printed copy of your paid receipt, you may proceed directly to the vehicle line heading to the Auction Warehouse. If you have not printed your receipt, you can present your digital receipt.
If you require a printed copy of your receipt, we will be happy to provide one. Upon your arrival, call our Main Office at (403) 777-9393, and we will send a printed copy directly to the auction house so you can proceed with your curbside pickup.

Our pickup hours on both Saturday and weekdays are as follows:
Mondays: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

How long do we have to pick up our items??

Any lots you win in the auction can be picked up during the following schedule:
Saturday until 7:30 pm
Monday from 9 am-7:30 pm
Tuesday – Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Please note: All items must be picked up within 7 days of the closing auction date.

Auction winning can be picked up every Saturday until 7:30 pm, Mondays from 9 am-7:30 pm and Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Unfortunately, we do not offer a delivery service at this time.
